At MarvelOptics.com we will do our absolute best to ensure that your frames and lenses are exactly how you wanted them. In order to do that, our team of experts will check your prescription for correctness before shipping. When we ship your finished eyeglasses, it will be securely placed in a hard cover case with microfiber cloth.

However, if you are not satisfied with the finished product, if it doesn't meet your standards, if you change your mind, or if you find something better, we offer you a one-time opportunity to either replace it or ask for a refund (shipping and handling NOT included).


A replacements or refund will be made under the following conditions:

  • Returns are made within 2 weeks (14 days) of receiving the product and a refund is requested within 10 days
  • The eyeglasses must be in the same condition as it was received.
  • Send the eyeglasses in its original hard cover case and cloth. Include your reference number/tracking code.
  • If the replacement is of higher value, then you will be asked to pay the difference.

Shipping and handling cost are not included in the refund policy.
